라삼 체험 내용 ( Lasham Experience Program)

라삼 산양삼 농장은 유네스코 문화유산으로 둘러싸인 자연 속에서 유기농 산양삼 재배지 탐방, 직접 캐는 산양삼 체험, 약초·버섯 채집 그리고 건강한 전통 약초 식사까지 경험할 수 있는 웰빙 프로그램입니다.
A wellness experience including wild ginseng farm tours, hands-on ginseng digging, herb and mushroom gathering, and healthy traditional herbal cuisine.
산양삼 캐기 체험(Wild Ginseng Digging Experience)
숲속 산양삼 밭에서 직접 호미를 들고 산양삼을 채취합니다. 옛날 산삼을 찾던 ‘심마니’처럼 자연과 하나가 되는 시간으로 체험 후에는 채취한 산양삼을 체험 인원 수에 맞게 1뿌리 씩 제공해드립니다.

유기농 약초·산나물 채취
(Organic herb and wild greens gathering)
산양삼 농장 바로 옆에 있는 유기농 약초, 산나물 밭에서 도라지 순,명이나물·엄나무순·가시오가피·취나물·꾸지뽕 등을 채취합니다.
계절에 따라 돼지감자, 초석잠 등 다양한 건강 식물을 만나볼 수 있으며 직접 채취해 볼 수 있습니다.

야생버섯 탐방(Wild Mushroom Exploration)
야생버섯 탐방은 계절 한정 진행되는 체험입니다. 능이버섯, 송이버섯, 가지버섯 등 귀한 야생버섯을 직접 채취해 볼 수 있고 채취한 버섯은 당일 식상에 활용합니다.

The wild mushroom exploration program is a seasonal experience.
Visitors can search for and harvest rare wild mushrooms such as Neungi mushrooms, Pine mushrooms (Matsutake), and Egg mushrooms.
The mushrooms harvested during the experience can be used in meals on the same day
건강 식사 (Healthy Meal)
농장에서 직접 캔 산양삼, 능이버섯과 약초로 푹 고아 낸 보양식 삼계탕입니다. 녹두 증이죽, 약초 장아찌, 유기농 산나물 반찬과 숙성된 유기농 산삼주 1잔을 함께 맛보실 수 있습니다.

his nourishing meal features Samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) slowly simmered with wild ginseng harvested from the farm, Neungi mushrooms, and medicinal herbs.
It is served with mung bean jelly, herbal pickles, organic wild mountain vegetable side dishes, and a glass of aged organic wild ginseng liquor.
문화 해설 프로그램Cultural Interpretation Program
한문학 전공으로 지역문화를 전문으로 하는 문화해설사 김창일 이사가 직접 동행하여 풍부하고 깊이 있는 해설을 진행해드립니다. 경상북도 영주시에서 가장 유명한 부석사와 소수서원 중에서 한 곳을 선택하여 해설을 들으실 수 있습니다.
부석사: 의상대사와 선묘 전설, 무량수전의 배흘림 기둥 등
소수서원: 조선 최초의 서원, 단종 복위 선비의 충절 이야기 등

Director Kim Chang-il, a specialist in Korean classical literature and regional culture, personally guides visitors and provides rich and insightful cultural interpretations.
Visitors can choose to visit one of Yeongju’s most famous cultural heritage sites, Buseoksa Temple or Sosu Seowon Confucian Academy, and enjoy an in-depth cultural explanation.
